Research Ideas
These are ideas for further research into Orthostatic Intolerance (a hidden blood circulation problem), its relationship to Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), and the use of a g-suit or other treatments.

Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and G-suit
- Work with a manufacturer to design and produce a modified g-suit for daily medical use that meets FDA safety and effectiveness requirements.
- Of the five types of Orthostatic Intolerance (OI), which ones do the best with a g-suit?
- How well does the combination of medication used for Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and a g-suit work?

Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)
- What is the role of Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)?
- How severe is Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) in the majority of people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)?
- Why do people with Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) faint and people with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) and Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) tend not to faint?
- What are other differences between people with Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and people with Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)?
- How many CFS patients were having symptoms of Autonomic Nervous System problems before the onset of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)? Mine included fainting, dizziness, blurry, fuzzy, or gray vision, and headache when standing up from lying down or while running long distances or when stopping between tennis points. I also got sick and nauseated when overheated. (I've only found out recently that these could be related to the same problem and were abnormal for a healthy person.) My mom had similar problems, too, long before she got CFS.
- Is Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) or are other Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) problems pre-indicators of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)?
- Are Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) genetic in some way?
- What happens to make Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) problems change from being tolerated in normal life to becoming debilitating?
- Can disabling Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) be prevented by finding Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) problems early?
- What are ways to prevent disabling Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS)?

Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)
- Does a low pulse indicate a sixth type of Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)?
- What is the role of hypovolemia (low blood volume) in Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)?
- How does one identify Orthostatic Intolerance (OI), delayed Orthostatic Intolerance (OI), and Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) problems just by the symptoms?
- How does one find hidden Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) in well and sick people?
- Why does someone develop Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)?
- Who is likely to get Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)?
- What causes Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)?
- What are the body mechanisms behind Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)?
- What are other treatments for Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)?
- What is the cure for Orthostatic Intolerance (OI)?
- Identify patterns in Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) - What is the most common type? How do the groups overlap? Why does someone get one type of Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) over another?
- Why are treatment responses to Orthostatic Intolerance (OI) medications and a g-suit different between people?

Other
- I had not had any muscle twitching since the beginning of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS). With the g-suit, I have had lots of muscle twitching again in my feet and legs. Is it really blood vessels not muscles?
